Live Diagnostic Field Training
On-Site Airflow Audit & Hot-Spot Remediation Practicum
Field inspection training utilizing thermal imaging anemometers, differential pressure manometers, smoke pens, and hot air recirculation remediation strategies.
Tuition / Fee
$2,900 per facility team (up to 4 engineers)
Format & Duration
2 Days On-Site / In-Lab
Facility / Location
Gimpo Test Bay or Host Facility Site Audit
Target Participant Profile
Facility teams experiencing hashboard throttling, high fan failure rates, or unexplained elevated chip temperatures.
Applied Engineering Competencies
- Calibrate digital hot-wire anemometers and vane sensors for precise volumetric flow measurements
- Identify micro-vortices and bypass air leakages that starve upper rack tiers of cool intake air
- Quantify static pressure differentials between cold intake aisles, miner chassis, and exhaust plenums
- Formulate immediate zero-downtime baffle modifications and sealing procedures
- Produce a certified Airflow Performance & Thermal Efficiency Remediation Report
Included Laboratory Materials
- Full Diagnostic Measurement Template & Audit Checklist
- Thermal Camera Color Palette Interpretation Guide
- Customized airflow remediation action plan based on your facility layout
Prerequisites & Delivery
Prerequisites: Direct operational oversight of a mining facility.
Delivery Method: Live diagnostic training on active server rigs in Gimpo or conducted as a tailored audit clinic on your physical facility.
Register Interest or Request Cohort Schedule
Cohorts at the Gimpo testing lab are restricted to 8 engineers per session to ensure direct hands-on time with active test wind tunnels, thermal imaging equipment, and live electrical load banks.
