Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 15, 2026. These Terms of Service regulate participation in educational courses, laboratory testing sessions, and facility consultation services provided by Future Layer Core.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for workshops, purchasing technical training modules, reserving testing bay hours, or submitting inquiries through future-layercore.click, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a corporate organization or engineering firm, you represent that you possess lawful authority to bind that entity.

2. Educational Scope & Engineering Guidance

Future Layer Core delivers vocational training, aerodynamic calculations, acoustic principles, and engineering blueprints for mining infrastructure. While our course materials reflect rigorous physics and empirical best practices:

• Calculations and blueprint templates provided during workshops are educational references and must be verified by licensed local professional engineers (PE) to comply with municipal building codes and utility interconnection requirements.
• Future Layer Core does not warrant specific profitability or coin yields, as mining returns depend on external market conditions and network difficulty.

3. Laboratory Safety & PPE Compliance

All participants attending in-person sessions at our testing facility in Haseong-myeon, Gimpo-si must strictly comply with posted laboratory safety guidelines. Future Layer Core reserves the right to remove any individual from the testing bay who fails to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or engages in reckless operation around energized 120kW resistive load banks.

4. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All course handbooks, spreadsheet calculators, AutoCAD layout templates, and proprietary curriculum modules supplied by Future Layer Core remain the sole intellectual property of Future Layer Core. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable internal license to utilize these formulas and spreadsheets solely for their own facility design and operational maintenance. Redistribution, public re-publication, or commercial reselling of course materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Future Layer Core, its directors, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from hardware damage, electrical downtime, local municipal noise citations, or loss of profits incurred during the construction or operation of a participant's physical facility.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and all related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (South Korea). Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent district court having jurisdiction over Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.
